Young, innovative and completely patient focused are some of the terms often used by his peers to describe Dr Adam Patel.

Having studied and graduated from the well-distinguished University of Liverpool School of Dentistry, Dr Patel has recently returned home to Leicester to establish his career and provide care for the people of his home town. Further to his undergraduate qualification Dr Patel has undertaken training in facial aesthetics including botox and fillers, by Browse to Save" href="http://www.dental-excellenceuk.com/about-us/#" name="_GPLITA_0">tooth whitening techniques and a range of Orthodontics including invisible and removable braces. He has also completed a Diploma from the prestigious Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and is currently in the process of attaining another Diploma in Restorative Dentistry. In addition he is one of a select few professionals nationwide undertaking expert training to become an Implant Surgeon at the Manchester Hospital.

Dr Patel has a special interest in restorative, cosmetic and surgical dentistry, but provides all aspects of general dentistry to his patients. Over the past few years Dr Patel has been involved in various dental projects, including a study on Oropharyngeal cancer which led him to Hong Kong. More recently he spent time in East Africa providing essential oral health education to less fortunate third world communities and doing a charity walk along theGreat Wall of China.

His personal interests include being an avid football fan, keeping physically active and time permitting scuba diving. However, his main passion lies with his love for the wildlife. Last year he trekked through the impenetrable African rainforest in search of the elusive mountain gorilla and helped contribute to the project that aims to save the gentle giants on the brink of extinction.
