We are a private practice in Southend on Sea

We have been providing dental care for patients across Southend on Sea and the surrounding areas for more than 25 years. We moved to our new premises at 17 Royal Mews in October 2006, converting the beautiful building into a modern, accessible private dental practice.

We aim to build long-lasting relationships, providing professional, honest advice and high quality dental care at realistic prices. We are passionate about many aspects of Dentistry from general care through to cosmetic fillings, crowns and orthodontic (tooth straightening) treatments.

Neale, Adam and all the staff at Royal Mews Dental Practice want to help patients throughout their dental journey; not only helping them towards a healthy mouth, but helping patients feel better about their smile, doing whatever they can wherever possible to help them achieve this.

Neale, Adam and the team at Royal Mews Dental Practice are professional and friendly and aim to bring a positive dental experience wherever possible.

Dentistry is continually changing and keeping up to date is ongoing.  The Royal Mews team continue to update their materials and methods. We aim to invest in the latest technology where we can and have recently invested in digital scanning technology - which has several benefits for patients - helping to avoid impressions for one (particularly of use with Invisalign treatments) . The dental team at the Royal Mews Dental Practice are  also committed to continual professional development through post graduate courses and training to bring the best treatment they can to their patients.

Adam has a particular interest in tooth straightening and can achieve this through a variety of options from fixed braces to Invisalign treatment. Some patients require a variety of other treatments either in conjunction with this or on their own. Neale,  Adam and the team at Royal Mews Dental Practice draw on their experience and a range of techniques from many aspects of dentistry to help you achieve your smile.

We understand that patients have busy lifestyles and that it can be difficult to find time for an appointment. As a practice in Southend on Sea,  we aim to help by offering more appointment options, working most Saturdays 9am-5pm and up to 7pm on a Tuesday and Wednesday evening .

Please feel free to contact Royal Mews Dental Practice for an appointment to discuss your dental concerns or discuss potential treatment options . Alternatively, if you have no concerns but wish to have your dental health checked, Adam , Neale and the rest of the team at Royal Mews Dental Practice will be more than help to help .

Following completion of my recent Invisalign treatment plan, I am so pleased with the results. Prior to treatment I wasn't overly confident in my smile and self conscious about the positioning of some of my teeth. From my initial consult with Adam through to completion, he explained everything clearly and concisely and no question was ever too much trouble. Since completing my treatment my teeth are now perfectly straight and I can smile with confidence. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Adam to anyone considering similar cosmetic dentistry, the results are brilliant and the friendly and professional service received from Adam and the staff at Royal Mews Dental surgery has exceeded expectations.

I have just completed six months of Invisalign with Adam and could not be happier with the results. I have always had a protruding front tooth and crooked lower teeth which were becoming more pronounced over the years. For the first time in 54 years I am actually now being complimented on my straight teeth! The process itself was relatively straightforward and pain free with weekly aligners which just become a way of life. Any discomfort could usually be alleviated with dental wax. I did feel a little self conscious with numerous attachments but no one seemed to notice unless I pointed them out. I have been a patient of Adam's for over 15 years and have complete confidence in him and the rest of the team for any dental procedure. I can highly recommend Royal Mews Dental Practice."
