I must be one of the most nervous patients that you have ever known, but since the moment I met you I have felt completely at ease with your very calming influence. You have taken the time to explain everything you propose to do to my teeth, and I have felt very reassured by this, and it seems to take away all my fears and worries. This in itself is starting to rebuild my confidence and faith in dentists. Also the dental nurses that have assisted you have always been very pleasant and they also make me feel very at ease. I know that I could not have had the work done to my front teeth in the last few weeks had I not had such trust in you. I would also like to thank the hygienist who helped me with my teeth and gums, and also teaching me how to look after them better. Also a big thank you to the receptionists who, from the first phone call through to meeting you for the first time have always been very calm and understanding, which does make all the difference when you are a nervous patient. I stand before you, a six feet three almost 50-year-old strapping man! I entered Arnold Dental feeling like a quivering wreck of a five-year-old boy. Immediately the reception staff put me at ease, David who gave me my initial check up did not hurt!. I was ushered up to Lesa for a scale and polish, she genuinely cared for my teeth, gave me top advice for the future, but once again gave me no pain, explained what she was doing throughout the entire process almost making me forget where I actually was. I would not only recommend Arnold Dental for scardy cats like me, I would encourage anyone looking for a reliable, caring dentist to go. So it’s a thumbs up and a BIG gleaming SMILE from me when I think of Arnold Dental.
